Application Process
We offer a simple application process. Submit the form online. We will follow-up to schedule a walk-through. We accept local or international identification. Please see all fees listed here.

What is included in my rent?
Rent includes your lodging, utilities, and internet costs. We also provide a queen size bed and frame, 1 sheet set, 1 dresser, and 1 closet space. Main kitchen dish soap is provided but personal hygiene and laundry soap are not provided. Parking is extra and costs $50/month additional fee to secure one of our 9 parking spaces on-site.

Rent Payments
Money orders
Paid on 25th of the existing month
Late fees of $5/day if paid late
3 months of late payments can result in being asked to move elsewhere

Communal Spaces
With a shared space, we ask that no personal belongings be left or stored in communal spaces. All belongings need to be stored in your room. We also ask that laundry is not left unattended in the washer or dryers so everyone has equal access.

Quiet Hours
Due to communal living needs, we require quiet hours from 10PM - 6AM. We ask that music, TV volume, and common area use be at a minimal noise level to respect all that are living in the home.

Food Storage
We provide every room with a dry food storage compartment in a keyed locker. Each room will have designated refrigerator and freezer space. Food sharing is up to residents. Any food stealing has a zero tolerance policy.

We provide pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, and cooking utensils for the home. We also provide dish soap for the

Drug and Alcohol Use
To create a safe and comfortable environment for all, we do not allow smoking or drinking inside the building. Drugs and alcohol are not allowed on the property including in residents rooms. Cigarette and vape smoking is allowed outside on the rear deck. Marijuana is not allowed on property.

Parking
Our building has 9 on-site parking spaces. To secure your dedicated parking space, $50 / month fee is added to rent each month. Parking spaces are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Free parking is available on the public streetside parking 1-block away on Smith St.

Is this recovery or transitional housing?
No. There are no programs provided in this home and it is not geared towards any sort of drug or alcohol rehabilitation. The home is also not designed for home plans or incarceration re-entry. This is affordable, under market-rate housing designed for the everyday working man. ​
